- continued aquatic theme with limestone fireplace – fossils embedded in stone
- wrapped feature quartzite mantel to ceiling, houses TV screen
- created accents with painted wood, grey/white cabinetry throughout; LED lit niches
- captivating 300-gallon, custom-angled, saltwater aquarium is outstanding room feature
- aquarium pumps/lighting integrate with audio system, follow lunar cycles, recreate tropical thunder storm maintaining healthy tank
- automated audio-visual/blinds/lighting
- supplemented bottom-up, top-down privacy blinds with black-out blinds for TV/movie viewing
- activating projector closes black-out blinds, lowers screen
- purposely situated chair between fireplace/aquarium with focused, individually-controlled ceiling light for reading
- drop-ceiling over entry houses/hides projector; venting for heat
