- This was a long-term project that was completed in phases. Each year focused on a different upgrade for the concierge area and 4 towers. The work included expanding the service desk, creating a large storage area for parcel delivery and creating office and meeting spaces. 84 floors were upgraded with new carpet, paint, wallpaper and lighting. The final portion of the project was to upgrade the 4 tower lobbies.
