• designed kitchen in galley style, moving fridge to sidewall allowed for moving sink and stove and creating appliance wall; waterfall quartz countertop; large format tiles for island and backsplash; LED-strip task lighting; 3 lights over island
• appliance garage features pull-out tray finished in countertop material; recycling centre; pull-out pantries
• enlarged ensuite bathroom by removing front entry closet and expanding 6” into primary bedroom; large soaker tub in ensuite with full heat/massage features
• designed both bathrooms with curbless showers; frameless glass enclosures; large format tiles for walls and floors; heated tile floors
