following flood damage from a neighbor the owner wanted to update the entire unit for sale.
maximized storage throughout with custom closets; new lighting and flooring; new bathroom and kitchen; living room removed old stone surround and non-permitted fireplace with a new electric unit.
aesthetics represented the West Coast modern styling with clean lines; durable finishes; and new lighting layouts with a large condo kitchen with all the amenities.
