This comprehensive renovation transformed an 80’s home with thoughtful updates to the main bath, laundry, garage, entry, and primary suite. The main bathroom was refreshed with modern fixtures, smart storage solutions, and a cabinet design to break up the space visually. A spacious new ensuite was created, doubling in size to include a two-sink vanity, freestanding soaker tub, walk-in shower with bench, heated floors, and individual lit anti-fog mirrors.
The primary suite was reconfigured to add the ensuite versus open floor space. The expanded hallways provided increased storage and convenient attic access. Garage renovations turned the space into a finished two-car garage with epoxy flooring, levelled concrete, EV charging, and a designated gym area with rubber mats.
Additional improvements include a new mudroom with bench and hooks, upgraded laundry with farmhouse sink and extra storage, custom LVT flooring extending through key areas, and all-new LED lighting and smart controls throughout the home. Structural updates and insulation enhancements improved comfort and usability, creating a beautifully functional modern home while preserving its character.
