design solutions

mom wanted separated bedroom with doors; closed off opening to living room and created wall with 2 doors due to limited access around bed
bedroom features wall panels/cabinetry/lights on either side of bed
re-configured original 4 separate hall closets to 3 creating one large custom clothes closet; one for washer/dryer and one for entry coat closet; extended clothes closet to square off living room/kitchen; custom louvered doors for ventilation for washer/dryer/entry closet
removed TV cabinet from kitchen; TV now on wall mount in living room
redesigned cabinet layout to create expanded storage; pull-out pantries; built in microwave; recycling centre
black accents throughout; tile/fixtures/handles
bathroom gutted; new cabinetry, medicine cabinet with integrated lighting; installed bidet toilet
tub converted to walk in shower with bench seat, multi-function shower controls
heated floors with art deco mosaic tiles; walls feature 3 different tile style details
