design solutions

cut back entry wall to improve flow/view when entering condo
relocated door to face closets as bathroom door opened into the living space
moved dining room/bedroom creating space for wine fridge/cabinetry; enlargement of bedroom closet
removed framing over fireplace to expose window
removed kitchen pony wall opening space/sightlines to living room
raised kitchen drop ceiling four inches
enlarged master bedroom entry by removing one closet; new built in drawers/closet added within room
added door to master bath; created walk-in shower with bench; large storage area
improved traffic flow and storage in kitchen; added cabinetry in den with beverage fridge; new built-ins and wine fridge in dining room
